Otherwise, I just want to go in and see how overpowered I can get and push the limits of the game. Ive already done the whole struggle against enemies that are as strong as me, and if I want to again I've got the pride robe and the relic of legend. With nerfs like these, I feel less inclined to keep playing because the power curve will more often level out unsatisfyingly.įor people who have already beaten the game several times, this is especially important. I'm inspired to keep playing because maybe the next run will be the time I get some crazy relic combo that basically makes me immortal, makes me stupid powerful, have basically no cooldowns etc. For me personally, the fun of games in the roguelite genre is the capacity to become completely OP. Like most others here, I'm a bit concerned about the direction of these changes. Scales of Babylon grants slightly less cooldown reduction Spike Track length increased for enhanced versionĮxplosive Charge lowered to 2 uses.
